This presentation aims to give attendees a starter kit of knowledge regarding tele-health technology to take back to their organizations and practices.  We will share a brief background on the National Consortium of Tele-health Resouce Centers (NCTRC), highlighting the Northeast Tele-Health Resource Center (NETRC) and how we can help with tele-health planning and implementation, along with an introduction to tele-health technology, including common uses, utilization and terminology.

This presentation is designed for healthcare professionals across the care continuum, and is aimed at providing any interested provider the tools and information they need to feel comfortable providing care through live video interactions.  The case examples will be wide ranging but will include: Primary Care Utilization, Chronic Care Management and Telebehavioral Health Interactions.  Successful participants of this webinar will:

1. Understand several commonly used examples of beneficial telehealth technology
2. Identify key factors and considerations for telehealth technology planning and implementation
