The Sacopee Valley Health Center prides itself on providing the best health care for our community. As we continue to grow, there is a need for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our provider team. This position is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package, including health, dental, disability, life insurance, 401k retirement plan, and generous paid time off.

Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant are eligible to apply for NHSC loan repayment.

SVHC is a multi-service, progressive, rural federally qualified community health center located in a medically underserved area. We employ 70 staff members to deliver care to approximately 6,000 patients annually. Our medical team consists of a Registered Nurses, Care Managers, and Medical Assistants to provide a team-based care approach. Other services at the health center include dental services, family planning, behavioral health counseling, psychiatry, podiatry, radiology, and lab services.

Applicants must have a current Maine licensure; at least one year of primary care medical experience preferred.
