The Maine Concussion Management Initiative will be offering Level
1 and Level 2 training on June 18, 2021, via Zoom.
Level 1 is the Introduction to Concussions and Concussion
Management. Level 2 is Advance Concussion Management that includes interpreting
neurocognitive tests. Level 1 will be held in the morning and Level 2 will be
held in the afternoon. Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2.
MCMI training is appropriate for physicians, nurse practitioners,
physician assistants, neuro-psychologists, school nurses, athletic trainers,
physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic
administrators/directors, and coaches.
