ME DHHS Updates Pop-Up Clinic Eligibility & Application
Maine DHHS remains committed to making COVID19 vaccination as
accessible and easy as possible. With as few as 10 confirmed patients, any
community organization (e.g. school, employer, religious organization,
community group, etc.) can now organize a vaccine “pop-up clinic” to bring
vaccinations to their community.
Organizations that can identify at least 10 friends, colleagues,
clients, or community members looking to get vaccinated and are ready to host a
pop-up clinic are asked to please complete this brief online
application:

Once a completed application is received, staff from the Maine CDC
Maine Immunization Program will connect approved applicants with an approved COVID-19
Vaccination Provider. The applicant or their designee will be asked to work
with the assigned Vaccine Provider to finalize logistics. DHHS can assist by
providing guidance on clinic preparations.
