Strong Area Health Center seeks a Physician (BC/BE in Family Medicine) with outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills. In addition, an X waver is desirable. The selected candidate will provide outpatient medical care to individuals and families of all ages in our NCQA certified Patient-Centered Medical Home with integrated behavioral health services and general dentistry. The health center, which was established in 2003, offers care of chronic and acute illnesses, physicals, laboratory services, substance use and mental health counseling, and community resource referrals.

Each year, 1800 patients from Strong, Phillips, New Vineyard, Farmington, and surrounding towns access services. The selected candidate will receive a $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS, competitive salary and benefits, malpractice coverage, pension plan with employer match, relocation, and loan repayment opportunities.
