Identify to Protect: Recognizing the Signs of Child Maltreatment
As providers entrusted with the care of children, we all strive to protect the most vulnerable patients from child abuse.
In this high-yield presentation from mid-October, attendees were given the tools to recognize signs and symptoms that may be concerning for abuse and provided with guidance for evaluating children with suspected abuse and making effective reports to child protective services.
