Senior Physician Executive (SPE) - Northern Light Health
Northern Light Health is seeking a Senior Physician Executive (SPE) to lead
our Central region member organizations. The SPE will build and cultivate a
system-synched culture, in which patient safety and the achievement of the
highest quality standards are a top priority for all clinicians and
staff. The individual will be the administrative physician leader of the
organizations and will be responsible for leading clinical initiatives aimed at
improving patient services, quality, and safety outcomes while showing tangible
improvement in provider engagement, alignment, and satisfaction. The SPE will
also participate in system-wide committees and various corporate initiatives.
The SPE will also be responsible for Medical Staff affairs beyond the realm
of patient safety, quality, and coordination of care.
Requirements include a MD/DO from an approved medical college or equivalent
and post-graduate training in an ACGME-accredited program.
