The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families of all ages, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling.

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families of all ages, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Provider will be involved with Occupational Health, Employee Health and DOT physicals (training available). Expectations are to see between 16-20 patients per day, depending on experience.  Current practice holds 4900 patients with 5 Medical Doctors and one OB GYN.  We also host a rural track residency program with 1-4 resident providers on any given day.   

Current Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse License in the State of Maine.

Full Time, Monday-Friday;busy family medicine practice located in Rumford, Maine. Call ratio 1/8 with clinical staff doing 1st call assist.
