The CEO is the primary liaison to MPCA’s Board.  S/he also sets MPCA business development, member relations, and staff performance expectations.

Direct Reports: Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Assistant

Job Description Summary: The CEO is the primary liaison to MPCA’s Board.  S/he also sets MPCA business development, member relations, and staff performance expectations.  The CEO works closely with the senior leadership team of the organization to determine the allocation of resources and s/he also sets the plans to leverage new resources to successfully attain the goals and objectives of the organization.
