As a VA psychiatrist, you’ll serve as a core member of an interdisciplinary team responsible for assessing and treating mental illness through a combination of psychotherapy, hospitalization and medication to treat several of today’s most urgent mental health issues, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
