Will Congress Have Final Say on NAFTA?

Trump withdrawal would raise legal and political questions

The business community increasingly sees Congress as a potential firewall in case the Trump administration tries to burn down the North American Free Trade Agreement. But legal and political experts are divided on whether Congress will be able — or willing — to persuade the administration to drop its most extreme negotiating positions or block a withdrawal effort.

GM Jettisons Dinosaur Image as Investors Buy Into Its Mobility Bets

General Motors Co. may have been founded in 1908, but investors long treated the automaker as though it were born in the Jurassic period -- until now. Quotable
