CBO Reports New Record Budget Deficits

In its annual economic and budget projections, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) reported this week that the fiscal 2011 federal deficit will rise to a record $1.48 trillion. That would surpass the previous high of a $1.416 trillion revenue shortfall in fiscal year 2009. Read More
