Another Week, Another Regulatory Dump

January 1, 2014, is only 243 days away and the Obama Administration is finally getting serious about getting the last of the health reform implementation guidance and regulations out into the public domain. Papers have been flying out of HHS, DOL and the Treasury department in a hurry this week, and we hear more are on the way. So far, in addition to releasing the new exchange eligibility application and agent and broker exchange guidance, the Treasury Department released a proposed rule on minimum value and new PPACA FAQs have come out on annual limit waivers and summaries of benefits and coverage requirements... Read More
