We all know that healthcare.gov isn’t shaping up to what it was supposed to be and trust us, we are working with the Administration to get all of these issues addressed; particularly those specific to agents and brokers. Prior to the opening of the exchanges, many were skeptical about CGI, the IT company tasked with developing healthcare.gov, and it seems those skeptics were on the right track. Back Up and Running

Things began to return to normal on Thursday morning as all 800,000 federal employees returned to work, national parks and museums re-opened and, most importantly, the National Zoo’s Panda Cam flickered back on after a 16-day furlough-vacation.
