Register Now for October’s Compliance Corner Webinar: Fuzzy on ERISA Required Disclosures?

It’s time to prepare for the busy season of enrollments, so pull out your glasses, clean them off and get focused on required notice disclosures within ERISA! Have a unicorn in place with a client that is also known as a grandfathered plan? How about a wellness plan? Informing employees about GINA? Special enrollment rights? There’s a notice requirement for all those, plus CHIPRA, mental health, COBRA, hospital admissions and many other plan coverages. This can’t miss webinar is a grab-bag of what you need to know about the ERISA required disclosure notices.

In addition, there will be discussion on the coverage mandates and making sure plans meet required guidelines in this members’ only webinar on October 19 at 1:00 pm Eastern. Join Compliance Corner panelists Barb Gerken, director of employee benefit compliance for First Insurance Group, and Carol Taylor, compliance officer for Kirby Employee Benefits, as they discuss the topics you need to know heading into open enrollment season.

The session is limited to 1,000 participants; if you can't make it or it fills up, the session will be recorded and the slides and webinar recording will be posted online.

You can register for the webinar here.
