Healthcare Happy Hour: Legislators Introduce Bills to Put an End to Medicare Observation-Status Loophole

NAHU allies in Congress introduced bills that would address the three-day stay requirement for Medicare beneficiaries who are considered to be under observation status while being hospitalized.
