Join us on Thursday, November 15, at 12:00 p.m. ET for a member-exclusive one-hour "Live from NAHU!" webinar session hosted by NAHU CEO Janet Trautwein, who will break down the impact of the midterm elections and what they will mean for the health insurance politics and policy in the new year. Janet will address issues such as: what should we watch for during the lame duck session? If Democrats take back the House, could single-payer or Medicare-for-All reach the president’s desk? How could such a proposal mesh with President Trump’s campaign promise to provide “insurance for everybody?” What will be the major legislative and regulatory concerns driving health policy? What will be NAHU’s policy priorities for the 116th Congress and how will they be achieved? And how NAHU members, the overall agent/broker community, and employers can get involved?

Dozens of NAHU chapters will be hosting special chapter events to view this session in person. If you will attend a chapter event of the broadcast, you do not need to register for the webinar online. Continuing education credits may be available to members who attend these in-person live broadcasts. For more information, please reach out to your chapter to determine if it will be hosting an event. Please note that CE requirements vary from state to state.

We expect this to be a very popular session, so register now to ensure your place for the live broadcast. If there are several NAHU members in your office, we recommend that only one person register and that you have a "watch party" with your colleagues.

The session is limited to 1,000 participants. If you can't make it or it fills up, the session will be recorded and the slides and webinar recording will be posted online.

You can register for the webinar here.
