Join us for a  webinar reviewing the importance of implementing, and administering, a compliant Section 125 plan...

Join us on Thursday, March 21, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern for NAHU’s member-exclusive Compliance Corner webinar reviewing the importance of implementing, and administering, a compliant Section 125 plan. NAHU’s Employer Working Group (EWG) Section 125 subcommittee was established last year to explore the top concerns of NAHU members regarding administration of these plans, particularly mid-year changes, plan documents and non-discrimination. First Insurance Group director of compliance Barb Gerken, and Scott Benefits Services director of health care reform Greg Stancil, both members of the NAHU EWG, will examine these critical areas of compliance, including an overview of plan design and tips for successful administration, and update on the work of the group’s Section 125 subcommittee.

The session is limited to 1,000 participants; if you can't make it or it fills up, the session will be recorded and the slides and webinar recording will be posted online.

You can register for the webinar here.
