President-Elect Joe Biden unveiled details of his $1.9
trillion stimulus package, which is expected to be voted on by the new
Democratic majority in Congress as early as next week.
Earlier this week, CCIIO hosted a virtual Agent and Broker Roundtable
event on the recent open enrollment in the federal exchange. While final
statistics on 2021 enrollments are still being calculated, agents and brokers
are poised to break their record of exchange enrollments.
CMS officially approved Tennessee’s block-grant proposal,
which would convert nearly $8 billion in federal Medicaid funding to a lump sum
that state officials can exercise greater control over.
