Eliminate employee dishonesty
According to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, employees steal an estimated $30 billion to $100 billion per year from their employers.
In today’s high-tech business environment, data can be manipulated in many ways. A single change in a computer program can alter inventory records. An item reported as broken can be stolen. A computer payroll system can be falsified with extra wages or overtime pay without proper documentation.
A solid risk management program for any size business includes the proper checks and balances to reduce or eliminate the potential for employee crimes against the company. And employee dishonesty coverage should be a part of your business insurance package.
To find out more about the coverages available to you through NGA’s sponsored insurance program, GlassInsure, contact the program administrator at 800/640-7601, or check out www.glassinsure.com.
