The NGA\WDDA Keynote Breakfast, which took place at GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo in Atlanta, featured generational expert Cam Marston to address how today’s most successful companies are competing for, winning, and retaining their top people across multiple generations. 
 
This insightful presentation explored the motivations of each of the generations of employees to illustrate how companies “in the know” are using those motivations to better attract and retain their talent.
