Company philosophy / secret to success: Simply speaking, our secret to success is that we are in the business to sell a service - not just a product. There are many firms out there that offer the same products, but we separate ourselves from the rest of the pack by offering dedicated service that is second to none.

Biggest challenge for the year ahead: Finding quality employees that will allow us to maintain steady growth while not adversely affecting our ability to provide quality service to our customers.

One word to describe the industry: Unique. With so many variations of glass makeups, framing systems, hardware, and applications in general, it seems that almost every project we take on has a unique feature. Throw in the fact that products and requirements evolve daily, and it truly makes our industry like no other.
