'Solution Sessions' Take Center Stage at Glazing Executives Forum

In addition to a robust line-up of speakers and networking opportunities at NGA’s Glazing Executives Forum, taking place Oct. 19 at GlassBuild America in Las Vegas, this year’s event will feature a new break-out session format dubbed as ‘Solution Sessions.’

Solution Sessions will group industry peers who share similar interests, but do not compete geographically, into roundtable discussions. Topics will include hiring strategies, customer service, sales & marketing, finance, and new product trends.

Exit Planning and Succession V - Nine Key Considerations For Successful Succession Planning

Succession is a critical component of a successful business exit. The process involves replacing the owner by moving chosen performers to a championship team, and eventually into leadership. This requires time, training and a strategic succession plan.

A successful succession plan outlines how to educate and build bench strength, groom emerging managers, develop leadership training, and identify future owners. The flexible plan may take several months to write and several years to execute.
