This session takes place as a part of GlassBuild Connect and will focus on the growing use of bent glass—including cold bent and hot bent glass, bent laminates and IGUs—and its application in today's building and facade design.

NGA Releases Two New Resources Related to Decorative Glass

NGA has published two new decorative Glass Technical Papers (GTPs). Guidelines on How to View Decorative Glazing Products offers inspection methods and acceptance criteria for factory and field evaluation. Guidelines for Measuring Color of Decorative Glazing Materials in the Field addresses the need to resolve color matching on a jobsite.

Nicole Harris to Speak on Association Panel at glasstec VIRTUAL

NGA President and CEO Nicole Harris will take part in a panel discussion on Tuesday, October 20, at 6:00 p.m. EDT, at the Glass Associations Summit powered by Glass Worldwide "Flat glass." Harris will provide an update and perspective on glass and glazing activities across North America. WGA to Host In-Person Educational Dinner Meeting
The Washington Glass Association (WGA) will host an educational dinner meeting on Thursday, October 22, featuring speaker Christine Sheppard, Ph.D., American Bird Conservancy, on the topic of Bird-Friendly Glass. The event will take place at the Embassy Suites in Tukwila, Washington. WGA also celebrated a successful 35th Annual Golf Tournament in September.
