Ask the Expert

With response by Nicole Harris, NGA\WDDA president & CEO
Q:

What it comes down to, stated over and again, is people.

In the interest of sharing best practices, here are five tips we learned from the new class of Dealers of the Year about developing and cultivating a great crew.

  • People are the key to success. Traits that attract talent and build a reputation are honesty and being direct.—Weather-Tek Windows & Doors, weather-tekwindows.com
