MEMBER SPOTLIGHT
Henkel Corporation (OSI)

Mike TenBrink, Chris Igielinski, Matt Canning

Leadership: Dan Brogan, President; Matt Canning, VP Sales; Mike TenBrink, Director of Marketing; Chris Igielinski, Director of Business Development

Brand: OSI; www.ositough.com

Location: Westlake, Ohio

Years in Business: Henkel - 142 years; OSI - 52 years

Products & Services Offered: We are a sealant and adhesive manufacturer. OSI was born on the residential jobsite in 1966, and we’ve used that knowledge to drive the development of the complete line of powerful window and door installation products that Mother Nature has learned to hate.

Company Motto: Tougher than the Elements

Keys to Success: Our keys to success are quite simple - we follow through on our performance promise. Nothing is more important to the long-term integrity of a building than how well the building envelope is sealed. That’s why our best-in-class technical team, backed by building science expertise and application knowledge, provides extensive jobsite support and customized installation materials for architects, builders, and remodelers.

Biggest Challenge of the Past Year: Lack of skilled labor. We recognize a lot needs to be done to help improve the industry in this area. That’s why, as a manufacturing leader in window and door installation systems, we’ve developed the OSI Certified Installer Program – expertise-enhancing training that develops skills and builds reputations.
