Featured product: Cantor Software from A+W

At fensterbau, A+W will demonstrate new features of its Cantor software for the window and door industry, including its Active Material Management capabilities for the tracking of warehouse stock, orders, purchasing, receiving and more. A+W Cantor also now features a revised order entry structure, and Production Planner that enables users to manage purchasing, production and shipping schedules. The A+W CANTOR software integrates seamlessly with the A+W systems for insulating glass and glass processing facilities, the exhibitor reports.

Warm-Edge Technology from Quanex

Quanex will display the latest in warm-edge technology at fensterbau, including Super Spacer, Super Spacer TriSealT, Duraseal and Duralite. The exhibitor will have its Edgetech Europe team members on hand to assist with marketing efforts, the supplier reports.

Quadra L1 from Emmegi

Emmegi will display a variety of equipment for machining aluminium, PVC and steel, including the 5-axis Satellite XT and Quadra L1. The 5-axis Satellite XT CNC machining center with moving gantry structure is designed for milling, drilling, threading and cutting profiles made of aluminum, PVC, light alloys and steel. The Quadra L1 is a CNC 12-axis machining center designed to perform milling, drilling and cutting operations on aluminium and light alloys.

Vinyl Component Systems from Veka

In its 11,000-square-foot booth, Veka will highlight fully developed PVC-U component systems. System portfolios include lift-and-slide doors, thresholds and front door solutions, including a special profile exclusively designed for sash concealing door panels. In addition, fensterbau attendees will be able to explore VEKA’s Partner Network, which not only guarantees fabricators a closed quality loop and industry-leading delivery performance but is instrumental in keeping VEKA in close contact with markets and customers while offering window fabricators a wide range of value-added services, according to the exhibitor.

Fabrication Equipment from Lisec
In addition to the new GCL glass cutting table, Lisec will promote solutions for the production of "light" insulating glass units in double, triple and quadruple configurations. Using heat-strengthened thin glass, these IG units are lighter, slimmer and offer increased insulation values compared to traditional units, according to the exhibitor.
Films from American Renolit

American Renolit Corp. will display a full range of films for the window and door market, including Renolit Exofol FX high performance, acrylic-based exterior film, Renolit Exofol IN woodgrain film for the interior of PVC windows, and Renolit Exofol MLA films for fingerjointed wood substrates like windows, door jambs, trim and more. The latter is available in several shades of white with a finish that does not need routine maintence, the supplier reports.

Window Fabrication Equipment from Sturtz

The focus of the 4,000-square-foot Sturtz booth at this year's fensterbau event will be single-machine solutions for window fabrication. Sturtz offers a full range of manufacturing solutions for the fenestration industry and continues to focus on the development of standalone machines and automated systems.

aluplast Lift-and-Slide Door System

aluplast GmbH will feature its new modular lift-and-slide door system. Due to a reduced number of components, the modular system allows for considerably shorter manufacturing times, reduced set-up times and minimal tool changing, the exhibitor reports. Available in three different models, the system meets various energy efficiency requirements; the Premium version can comply with even the highest demands and passive-house standards, according to the supplier.

Rotox SMK- 510 Accelerated Welding System

Rotox will display the SMK 510 accelerated welding system for PVC window and door corners. According to the supplier,  the system is approximately 50 percent faster than conventional welding methods.

Sliding Door Systems from Good Credit Corp.

Good Credit Corp. will promote the GCC sliding and stacking wall system and GCC sliding and folding wall system, both of which feature a sleek design and offer easy installation, according to the exhibitor.

Surface Finishing Services from Glazpart
Glazpart, the English specialist injection moulding company, will showcase its surface finishing products and services at fensterbau, including its vacuum foiling and aqua printing capabilities. The exhibitor operates one of the largest capacity production lines in Europe foiling cill joint, end caps and components, as well as conservatory and plastic decking products, it reports.
