TD Bank Welcomes Gregory Carlisle as Regional Vice President and Christopher Mansfield as Vice President, Relationship Manager in Commercial Lending



TD Bank has named Gregory A. Carlisle as SVP, regional vice president in commercial banking. He is responsible for overseeing all commercial activity and lending in Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland counties. Carlisle will manage a team of 10 Relationship Managers who provide loans and other bank products to small to mid-market businesses across the Southern NJ region.

TD Bank has named Christopher Mansfield as vice president, relationship manager in commercial lending. He is responsible for providing a range of lending services, including real estate purchases, capital funding and finance, to small and middle-market companies throughout Northern Bergen (NJ) and Rockland (NY) counties in the Metro NY region.

Atlantic Stewardship Bank Announces the Retirement of Director Arie Leegwater


Atlantic Stewardship Bank has announced the retirement of Arie Leegwater from the board of directors after many years of service to the Corporation and the Bank. Leegwater was an original incorporator of the Bank and has been a director of Atlantic Stewardship Bank since its inception in 1985. In addition, he has served as a director of Stewardship Financial Corporation since 1997. During his tenure, Leegwater served as Chairman of the board from 1993 to 2006.

City National Bank Makes Changes to the Board of Directors

City National Bancshares Corp., holding company for City National Bank, (CNB), is pleased to announce the appointment of Preston D. Pinkett III as chairman, succeeding Eugene Giscombe, who has stepped down as board chairman. The board has also appointed Dr. Roland V. Anglin, from The Joseph C. Cornwall Center for Metropolitan Studies at Rutgers University-Newark as a new board member.

Maple Shade First Aid Squad Is Latest Columbia Bank Foundation Grant Recipient

Columbia Bank, through their Columbia Bank Foundation, recently issued a $16,225 community grant to the Maple Shade Volunteer First Aid Squad.  The grant was used to purchase new emergency equipment, including several vital signs defibrillators.
