2017 NMHC Student Housing Conference & Exposition Recap
An industry leaders spotlight panel at the 2017 NMHC Student Housing Conference & Exposition featured (from L to R) Landmark's J. Wesley Rogers, The Preiss Company's Donna Preiss, The Dinerstein Company's Brian Dinerstein, American Campus Communities' Billy Bayless and EdR's Randy Churchey.

It was another record-breaking turnout as student housing’s leading executives and trade partners gathered in Tampa last week for the 15th annual NMHC Student Housing Conference & Exposition. We were especially thankful to see everyone who had been affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

This year’s event introduced significantly more programming, including new sessions focusing on key operational issues, and more opportunities for quality networking. Short Snap Sessions and a lively quick fire-style Q&A with Peak Campus CEO Bob Clark and American Campus Communities SVP Kristopher Kelley were new features in the exhibit hall.

Attendees also got a chance to hear from famed high school basketball coach Ken Carter as well as the Ritz Carlton’s John Cashion and the Tampa Bay Lightning’s Mary Milne, who spoke about the evolution of customer experience. Here just a few more highlights from the event.
