Mark Your Calender
PowerPoint Class at AIFD Symposium

If you've shied away from using PowerPoint as a sales tool for brides or commercial accounts, a training tool or a visual supplement your garden club and rotary talks, it might be time to expand your horizons. SAF's Professional Floral Communicators - International (PFCI) shows how the transition is less daunting than it appears, during a seminar dedicated to the topic, "Powerful Presentations with PowerPoint," at the AIFD National Symposium, July 7-11  in Palm Desert, Calif.

This workshop will teach you to create and deliver high-impact, dynamic presentations. Participants will learn to format PowerPoint slides with pictures and color without visual overload, and find out the do's and don'ts of presenting with PowerPoint.

Leading the program are Tina Stoecker, AIFD, PFCI, of Designs of the Times Florist in Melbourne, Fla., and Gerhard Monheim, director of technical operations of InTech Health Ventures in Tucson, Ariz.

Space is limited. Pre-registration by June 21: $50. On-site registration: $75. Click here for more. Arrive early to hear Sharon McGukin, AAF, AIFD, PFCI, of Designer's Touch in Carrollton, Ga., present PFCI Membership & Keys to Communication.
