Syndicate Sales Announces New President

William C. Salmon

Syndicate Sales Inc., in Kokomo, Ind., has named William C. Salmon as company president. He replaces David Hendrickson, who is retiring.

"Bill brings a great deal of experience to our company. He is a people-focused leader who has a proven record for driving business improvement and sales growth," said Delmar Demaree, AAF, Syndicate Sales chairman, in a company press release.

Salmon is a graduate of Ohio's University of Akron. He previously served as president of D-A Lubricant, a privately-owned manufacturer and distributor of specialty lubricant products for industrial applications.

Demaree says that what truly is great about Salmon is that he is a people-person. "We believe in a family-owned business," he says. You need to have "a leader who is sensitive to customer and team members' needs."

Founded in 1952, Syndicate Sales is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of more than 1,500 items to the floral industry with customers in all 50 states, Canada, South America, Europe and Japan.
