The results of last week's e-poll show that 46 percent of respondents are projecting Valentine's Day sales will be down this year. Slightly more than 26 percent are estimating sales to stay relatively the same, while only close to 24 percent expect an increase. The Not Applicable/Don't Know category totaled slightly over 3 percent.
