Moving On: Leeth, Trujillo

Shane Leeth, who spent the past seven years with Equiflor/Rio Roses, has joined boutique rose grower Eufloria Flowers, in Nipomo, Calif.

Leeth, who currently sits on the SAF Consumer Marketing Committee, has given more than 70 presentations around the country on floral marketing, proper care and handling, and successful selling.

"Shane brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and customer service expertise that will benefit our customers and company," says Chad Nelson, Eufloria's sales manager.

Nelson says Leeth will be working in sales, marketing and new business development for Eufloria.

In a letter sent to "friends and business associates" Nicolas F. Trujillo announced that he is resigning as president and CEO of Equiflor USA and relocating to Ecuador "to be closer to my family, as well as spend more time consulting with flower growing and logistics operations." He writes that R. Victor Giorgini will replace him. Trujillo had been with Equiflor in Miami for 20 years.
