On the Discussion Boards

One new post on the discussion boards this week revolved around the best way to package arrangements. The poster says "customers are looking for something where they 'can't see the flowers.'"  He wonders if "other shops have trouble finding packaging that makes their customers happy." Have any advice you can share with this poster?

In response to a post on whether Web sites really do bring in revenue, a member said his shop did not have the time or the resources to set up its own Web site. He does see the benefit to providing customers with a "visual representation" of the shop's work and does have a page set up through one of the wire services. Want to know if the poster feels like the wire service Web page is good for business?
