Social media tools have become a regular part of the vernacular in most disciplines today. The proliferation of digital content available for learning and teaching grows exponentially every day. For many TESOL professionals eager to engage in the use of technology for their own professional development and teaching, much of what is available can be overwhelming. One mechanism for helping the TESOL professional organize, manage, and share digital content is through the creation of a personal learning network (PLN) or personal learning environment (PLE) that allows the individual to “curate” topics of interest for use in teaching and learning. Read More
