ITAS' EXPERIENCES IN U.S. CLASSROOMS: A REPORT FOR ITA PROGRAM DEVELOPERS

Using a qualitative, interview-based approach, this study reports on international teaching assistants’ (ITAs’) lived experiences in U.S. classrooms during their first semester of teaching.
