Congratulations to the 2008 Women in Technology honoree Cyndee Everman
Presented in partnership with the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, Women in Cable Telecommunications and Communications Technology Magazine

The annual Women in Technology Award recognizes the achievements of a female technology professional who has made significant contributions to the cable and telecommunications industry.

On behalf of WICT, SCTE and Communications Technology, we are proud to present the 2008 Women in Technology Award to Cyndee Everman, Vice President, Operational Support Systems, Time Warner Cable.

The annual Women in Technology Award recognizes the achievements of a female technology professional who has made significant contributions to the cable and telecommunications industry. In addition to exceptional technical skills and knowledge, the Women in Technology Award recipient must possess a commitment to enhancing the position of women who work in the industry. In this way, the award helps to create greater visibility for all women in technical careers.

Last year’s winner, Carolyn Terry, Regional Director, Engineering at Time Warner Cable, L.A. Region, will present the 2008 Women in Technology Award during the Annual Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, June 25 at SCTE’s Cable-Tec Expo® 2008, taking place June 24-27 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
