In a unanimous vote Nov. 17, the APTA Board of Directors named Paul P. Skoutelas to serve as the association’s next president and chief executive officer. Skoutelas has spent his entire career in public transportation, leading transit systems in Pittsburgh and Orlando, and as a senior vice president with WSP USA. [More]
