New CEOs Announced

Koff, RailPros

RailPros, an engineering and safety services firm for ­public transit and rail based in Grapevine, TX, has named Ken Koff its chief executive officer as current CEO and founder Johnny Johnson moves to executive chairman. Koff has more than 40 years of railroad experience and joined the company three years ago as chief operating officer.

Goodman-Stickler, WTS International

WTS International announced the hiring of Sara Goodman-Stickler as its executive director, who will run the day-to-day operation of the association and manage central staff. She has more than 10 years of experience in the nonprofit and education sectors, most recently serving as executive director of the Alliance for Consumer Education in Washington, DC, and president of education and research for the alliance’s parent organization, the Household and Commercial Products Association.

 
Mauldin, Interim, ClasTran

The Board of Directors of the Birmingham (AL) Regional Paratransit Consortium d/b/a ClasTran has named Bacarra Sanderson Mauldin its interim executive director. She succeeds Fenn Church, who was executive director for the past 10 years and resigned in September, and Shari Spencer, assistant executive director, who previously served on an interim basis. Mauldin, a member of the ClasTran Board of Directors since 2017, is a former member of the Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority Board of Directors and currently serves on the APTA Executive Committee. She is chair of the Transit Board Member Legislative Subcommittee, vice chair of the Membership Services Committee and a member of several other APTA committees.


Del Rio and Campbell, Interim, Metrolink

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink) Board of Directors has appointed General Counsel Don Del Rio and Chief Financial Officer Ronnie Campbell as interim co-CEOs effective immediately. The appointments follow the announcement by Chief Executive Officer Art Leahy that he will retire from the agency effective Jan. 4, 2019.
