New Flyer to Acquire Motor Coach Industries; Transaction to Close by Year's End

New Flyer Industries Inc., Winnipeg, MB, Canada, announced Nov. 10 that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Motor Coach Industries International Inc.
