Frazier, Rock Region METRO
 Rock Region METRO, North Little Rock, AR, has named Charles Frazier its new executive director, effective June 25.
Frazier is assistant executive director of Palm Tran, West Palm Beach, FL. His 22 years of experience also include serving as division director of electronic services and security and manager of network services for Palm Beach County.
| For APTA, he is a member of the Leadership APTA Class of 2018 and serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council, LGBT Task Force and Information Technology, Marketing and Communications, and Workforce Development committees.
Schantz, Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority
 Lynn Schantz has joined the Erie (PA) Metropolitan Transit Authority as its new executive director following the resignation of Mike Tann.
Schantz has more than 15 years of transit experience, most recently as a consultant for First Transit and MV Transportation. He began his career with the Mid-Ohio Valley Transit Authority, Parkersburg, WV, and later worked for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and Ride-Right LLC.
