This year saw APTA member agencies and  businesses across the country open new lines, extensions, stations and facilities, and welcome members of Congress, governors and other dignitaries to their special events. APTA welcomed a new president and CEO, elected a new chair and continued its strong working relationship with DOT and other government entities on behalf of its members.
