Emerging Leaders Program Accepting Applications
APTA invites emerging public transportation professionals to apply through Feb. 4, 2019, for the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) Class of 2020.
The ELP Committee will select 25 individuals who represent the diversity of the industry and are from among APTA member organizations to participate in a 12-month-long program that includes skill-building workshops, roundtable sessions, online collaboration and unique access to the industry’s leaders.
The program provides public transportation professionals who have worked in the industry approximately three to five years—including one to three years of managing tasks, projects or staff—with the skills, knowledge and networks needed for advancement. APTA member organizations may nominate one candidate.
